These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Kardoza and its services, including digital business cards, business profiles, mini stores, WhatsApp ordering features, custom domains, and other available business tools.
By accessing Kardoza, creating an account, purchasing a package, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Kardoza.
“Kardoza,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Kardoza. “User,” “you,” and “your” refer to any person or business accessing or using our website or services. Available features and usage limits may vary depending on the package purchased.

Purchasing a Kardoza package gives you the right to use the service according to your selected package but does not transfer ownership of the Kardoza platform or software.

Kardoza allows users to create and publish business information, products, services, images, logos, links, descriptions, and other content. You retain ownership of the content you upload and are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use and publish it.
Kardoza reserves the right to remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, applicable law, the rights of others, or the security and proper operation of the platform.
By using Kardoza, you represent that:
1.You have the necessary rights and permissions for the content you upload. 2.Your content does not unlawfully infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other third-party rights. 3.Your content is not fraudulent, malicious, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful. 4.You will not use Kardoza to promote or conduct illegal activities.
You grant Kardoza a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, process, and display your content only as necessary to provide and operate the Kardoza service.
Purchases and Payments
Kardoza offers paid packages and optional services. The price, features, limits, and services included in your purchase will be presented at the time of purchase.
Unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout, a Kardoza package may be sold as a one-time purchase. Optional third-party services may have separate or recurring costs.
One-time payment for a Kardoza package does not automatically include recurring third-party costs such as domain registration renewals, payment processing fees, or other external services.
You are responsible for reviewing the selected package, included features, applicable limits, and price before completing your purchase.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Their systems, availability, security procedures, and separate terms are outside Kardoza's direct control.
Prices, packages, and promotional offers may change for future purchases. Changes to future pricing do not automatically alter a purchase that has already been completed.
Refund eligibility is governed by the Kardoza Refund Policy available on our website.

Certain Kardoza packages or optional upgrades may support a custom domain. Domain availability is not guaranteed until registration or connection has been successfully completed. Domain registration and renewal may involve third-party fees and are not permanently included with a one-time Kardoza purchase unless explicitly stated. If a domain is included for a specific period, such as the first year, future renewal fees may be charged separately.
User Businesses and Customer Transactions
No use of kardoza logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

Kardoza provides digital tools that businesses can use to display and promote their own products and services. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Kardoza is not the seller of products or services offered by businesses using the platform. Each business is responsible for its products, services, prices, descriptions, availability, customer service, deliveries, returns, refunds, taxes, and legal obligations. Disputes between a Kardoza user and their customer should generally be resolved between those parties.
Service Availability and Account Restrictions
We work to keep Kardoza available and functioning properly, but uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be guaranteed. Kardoza may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in illegal activity, fraud, serious or repeated violations of these Terms, security threats, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of the platform.
Third-Party Services
Kardoza may integrate with or link to third-party services such as WhatsApp, payment providers, domain registrars, analytics services, maps, or social networks. These services operate independently from Kardoza and may change, restrict, interrupt, or discontinue their services. Kardoza is not responsible for third-party platforms or services outside our reasonable control. Kardoza may update, improve, replace, or discontinue individual features when reasonably necessary for technical, security, legal, or operational reasons. Where reasonably possible, we will seek to avoid materially reducing the core functionality customers have purchased.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Kardoza provides digital tools for businesses to create and manage their online presence. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every third-party service.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law. Your mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kardoza will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party services, user-created content, transactions between businesses and their customers, internet or hosting interruptions, or circumstances outside Kardoza's reasonable control.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Israel. Kardoza may update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements, security practices, or business operations. The latest version will be published on the Kardoza website.
